Associated Home Care is hiring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Homemakers (HMKs) to support clients across Massachusetts. Roles involve in-home care, companionship, and assistance with daily activities, with training provided for required certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation required

• Previous experience as CNA, PCA, Homemaker, or Companion a plus
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with light housekeeping, errands, meal prep, grocery shopping, and transportation
• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, mobility support, and incontinence care
• Offer companionship and conversation to promote emotional well-being
• Provide medication reminders as needed
• Document daily activities, client well-being, and any changes in condition
