Job summary
Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is hiring caring, HCA-certified caregivers to support clients in their homes. The role focuses on safety, health, and well-being, with personal care, companionship, and meaningful engagement.
We offer flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, on-call and weekend shifts, with competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour and a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked. Travel up to 25 miles may be required.
Qualifications
- Must be 18+.
- 1 year of caregiving experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Fully vaccinated or exemption.
- Current TB test or clear X-ray.
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.
Responsibilities
- Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
- Shopping, errands, companionship.
- Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
