Job summary
Golden Years Home Care in California is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to join our team. You will provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors in their homes, while maintaining safety and dignity.
We require at least 1 year of caregiving, a valid driver's license, TB test, Live Scan fingerprint clearance, and CA HCA certification (we can help you obtain it). We offer $18–$20 per hour, a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours, flexible schedules, and opportunities

- Must be 18+
- 1 year of caregiving experience
- CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Fully vaccinated or exemption
- Current TB test or clear X-ray
- Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
- Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
