Job summary

Golden Years Home Care in California is seeking caring, HCA-certified caregivers to provide compassionate in-home support to seniors. If you enjoy helping others and creating joyful moments, join our team to make a real difference.

Responsibilities include personal care, light housework, meal prep, and companionship. We offer flexible schedules, a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days, and competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, with weekend and last-minute shift incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
