Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking in-home caregivers in Apple Valley, CA. Work is on-site in client homes with part-time shifts through the CareLinx app. Roles involve non-clinical caregiving, companionship, meal prep, mobility support, and documentation.

Onboarded caregivers are matched to clients based on location, needs, and availability, with emphasis on building consistent schedules and proactive communication with the CarePartner team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
