Interim HealthCare in Rockford, MI is seeking compassionate Caregivers/Home Health Aides to provide hands-on care, companionship, and support to clients who want to remain safely at home.

We offer flexible full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules, with starting pay at $17 per hour, same-day/next-day pay, and a range of benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement plans. Join a team focused on quality home care and reliable, respectful service.

Formación

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience or CNA training.
• Two positive references.
• Compassionate, dependable, and respectful approach to client care.
• Ability to work independently while communicating with supervisors and care team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care and daily support to clients at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping, shopping, and transportation.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities they enjoy.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and report changes to supervisor.
