Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and assist with community outings to grow personal goals outside the home.

Full and part-time positions are available, with paid training, flexible scheduling and weekly pay. Join a team that values caring for others and making a real difference.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care to recipients.
• Support and encourage clients in skill-building activities.
• Assist clients with community activities outside the home.
• Follow care plans and document progress as required.
• Maintain reliable transportation to and from assignments.
