Job summary

The Neighborhood in Rio Rancho is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our Skilled Nursing team. Under the supervision of the Charge Nurse or Director of Nursing, the Certified Nursing Assistant provides quality care to residents in a high‑acuity skilled nursing environment.

We offer competitive wages ($18.00–$23.62/hr DOE) with a $1.25 night differential, PRN/on‑call shifts, and a supportive team focused on resident‑centered care and staff growth.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed as a CNA in good standing in the applicable state.
• Compassion and a desire to work with older adults.
• One year of experience as a CNA or caregiver preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass background check and TB health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to residents under supervision of nursing leadership.
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Adhere to care plans and document care provided.

Wages

About You

• Current licensure in good standing as a CNA in the applicable community state

• Physical ability to perform job: standing, walking, use of hand and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, lifting up to 50 pounds
• Pass criminal background check, meet health requirements, including TB test
