Job summary

Home Instead is hiring a Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care to seniors in the Fort Worth/Arlington area. You’ll have a dedicated office team, 24/7 support, and tools to schedule visits, track earnings, and stay connected with clients.

You’ll help with companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, personal care, and mobility support. A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle are required, and cats/dogs in the home are welcome. Weekly pay and benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or relevant CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN/RN certification.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of two professional references.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
