Home Instead in Winter Haven, Florida, is seeking compassionate caregivers to support aging adults in their homes. This position requires a commitment of at least 20 hours a week, including weekends. Caregiver Skills and Qualifications

• Treat seniors with dignity and respect.
• Read, write, and speak in English.
• Lift up to 25 lbs; bend, twist, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, and carry.
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, including two weekends per month.
• Ability to work with clients receiving hospice care or at end of life.
• Good and patient listener in a friendly and polite manner.
• Complete background check, DMV check, and drug screen.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, social security card, and valid auto insurance.
• Must work two weekends per month (requirement).
