Extended Family Home Care is hiring in-home caregivers, PCAs, and LNAs to provide one-on-one care in Southern New Hampshire and coastal Maine. You will help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License, automobile insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience helpful: PCA, LNA, caregiver or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): dressing, bathing, grooming, mobility.
• Support with light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.
• Assist with errands, shopping, and transportation as needed.
• Provide non-medical medication reminders and document care in a daily log.

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you will:

  • Support safe ambulation and transfers
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
• Document care in a daily log (health, wellbeing, and activities)

Caregiver Requirements & Preferences

• High School diploma or GED required
