Extended Family Home Care in Southern NH & Coastal Maine is seeking Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA) and Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) for in-home care positions. If you're looking for caregiver jobs with flexible schedules, a supportive team, and room to grow, we'd love to meet you.

As an in-home caregiver, you'll provide one-on-one care to seniors and adults in the comfort of their own homes—helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Experience in PCA/LNA or caregiving roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors and families.
• Assist with ADLs: dressing, bathing, grooming, mobility support.
• Offer incontinence care.
• Support safe ambulation and transfers.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide non-medical medication reminders.
• Document care in a daily health log.
