Job summary

Extended Family Home Care is hiring in-home caregivers, PCAs, and LNAs to provide one-on-one care in Southern NH & Coastal Maine. You’ll support seniors and adults at home, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent with companionship and daily living assistance.

The role offers flexible schedules, opportunities for growth, and training to build skills within a supportive team environment that values family-focused care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Experience as a caregiver is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors and families.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical).
• Document care in a daily log (health, wellbeing, and activities).
