Job summary

Extended Family Home Care is hiring caregivers for in-home, one-on-one support in Southern NH & coastal Maine. Roles include PCA and LNA with flexible shifts to fit your life, including weekdays, weekends, overnights, and live-in options.

As a caregiver, you will help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home, with duties ranging from ADLs to transportation and light housekeeping. Prior caregiving experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience is a plus (not always required): PCA/LNA or caregiver roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors and families.
• Assist with ADLs including dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical).
• Document care in a daily log (health, wellbeing, activities).
