Sharecare, Inc. through CareLinx seeks an in-home caregiver to support clients in Fort Lauderdale and surrounding areas. This on-site, part-time/Per-diem role involves non-clinical care in clients' homes, flexible scheduling, and app-based shift matching.

You'll document tasks, assist with activities of daily living, and report changes to the CareLinx clinical team. A background check and reliable transportation are required; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or equivalent training.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and ability to pass a background check.
• Completion of program-specific training and TB/medical clearance may apply.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including companionship, meals, mobility support, bathing, grooming, and non-clinical medication reminders.
• Complete and document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx app during each shift.
• Monitor changes in client condition and report to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time via the app and communicate case updates with CarePartners.
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and safety in a home setting; ensure confidentiality.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

Assistclients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping

Complete and document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift

Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to theCareLinxclinical team

Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp

Communicate with your CarePartnerregardingany case updates or client changes

Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment

Maintain client confidentiality at all times

Additionalshift opportunities (based on client needs):

Transportation and errand support

Hospital discharge escort — safelyaccompanyingmembers home after discharge

Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)

Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)

Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)

Reliable transportation to and from client homes

Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts

Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening

Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts

Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
