Sunol Creek Memory Care in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for part-time PM shifts. You will assist residents with daily living, promote independence, and provide personalized care in a supportive EPIC culture.

What You'll Do

• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with dressing, bathing, meals, and other personal needs.

• Promote Independence: Encourage residents to remain active and involved in their daily routines.

• Provide Personalized Care: Offer patient, compassionate support that honors each resident's unique needs, preferences, and abilities.

• Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents' conditions and report concerns promptly.

• Protect Dignity: Provide dependable support with patience, respect, and compassion.
