Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Queen Creek seeks caring staff to support seniors and others in their homes across Queen Creek and nearby communities. You’ll provide compassionate, one-on-one care and help with daily activities to keep clients safe and independent.

We offer flexible schedules with Full-Time, Part-Time and Per Diem options, a supportive local team, and opportunities for training and career growth. You’ll be part of a trusted local brand backed by a national network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of verifiable caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• Compassion, dependability, clear communication, and physical capability.
• Ability to complete all required background, health, and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home support that helps clients live safely and independently.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship.
• Support mobility and safety through ambulation assistance, transfers, and ROM exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, observe and document client conditions, and report concerns promptly.
• Create meaningful moments through conversation, activities, and shared interests.
