Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Queen Creek is seeking a Caregiver to support clients across Queen Creek, Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Paradise Valley, Scottsdale and surrounding East Valley communities. You will provide in-home care to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in the homes they love.

We offer flexible scheduling with Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem options, competitive pay of $16.00-$18.00 per hour, and a supportive local team that backs you up.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of verifiable caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• Compassion, dependability, clear communication and ability to meet physical requirements.
• Ability to complete background, health, and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home support that helps clients live safely and independently.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship.
• Support mobility and safety through ambulation assistance, transfers, and ROM exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, observe and document client conditions, and report concerns promptly.
• Create meaningful moments through conversation, activities, and shared interests.
