Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Queen Creek is seeking a caring Caregiver to support clients in Queen Creek and surrounding East Valley communities. Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions are available, with competitive hourly pay and weekly payroll.

As a Caregiver, you will help clients stay safe, comfortable and independent at home, performing daily tasks with compassion. You will work with a local team and receive ongoing training and support to grow in the role.

Qualifications

• Six months of verifiable caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain before start date
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role
• Consent to background, health, and employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home support to help clients live safely and independently
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal prep, shopping and companionship
• Support mobility and safety through ambulation, transfers and ROM exercises
• Provide medication reminders, observe client conditions and report concerns promptly
• Create meaningful moments through conversation, activities and shared interests
