Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Queen Creek is seeking caring in-home caregivers to support seniors and others in their homes across the East Valley. Enjoy flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and per diem options, while making meaningful connections with clients who rely on your compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of verifiable caregiving experience.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Compassion, dependability and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate in-home support to help clients live safely and independently.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meals and companionship.
• Support mobility and safety with ambulation, transfers and ROM exercises.
• Provide medication reminders and document client conditions; report concerns promptly.
• Create meaningful moments through conversation and shared activities.

• Provide medication reminders, observe and document client conditions, and report concerns promptly

What You Bring

• Minimum of six months of verifiable caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Current CPR certification [or ability to obtain before start date]
• Compassion, dependability, clear communication, and the ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
• Ability to complete all required background, health, and employment screenings
