SYNERGY HomeCare of Southeast Texas is looking for compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home care for clients throughout Southeast Texas. We welcome individuals with personal or professional caregiving experience who are committed to helping others live safely and independently at home.

Responsibilities include providing non-medical assistance, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation support, and medication reminders, while maintaining a safe and clean

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (personal or professional).
• Reliable transportation and valid Texas driver's license with current auto insurance.
• Strong communication skills and a caring attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical assistance and support in the client’s home.
• Offer companionship through conversation, reading, and activities.
• Support mental alertness with client-centered activities.
• Provide emotional support and encouragement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with grooming and dressing; accompany to appointments and errands.
• Provide medication reminders for self-administered medications.
• Observe and report changes to a supervisor; document care provided.

SYNERGY HomeCare of Southeast Texas is looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home care for clients throughout the Southeast Texas area. Whether you have experience caring for a loved one or have worked professionally as a caregiver, we welcome individuals who are dedicated to helping others live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical assistance and support in the client’s home
• Offer companionship through conversation, reading, and activities
• Support mental alertness with engaging, client-centered activities
• Provide emotional support and encouragement
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy home environment
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, linens, basic cleaning)
• Prepare and serve meals and clean the kitchen afterward
• Assist with grooming and dressing
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and walks
• Provide medication reminders for self-administered medications
• Observe and report changes in client condition to a supervisor
• Build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
• Complete accurate documentation of care provided
• Participate in training, staff meetings, and care discussions
• Follow all safety, confidentiality, and company policies

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Texas Driver’s License and current auto insurance
• Strong communication skills and a caring attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, patient, and detail-oriented
• Ability to pass a background check
