Care Finders, Inc. in Torrington, CT is hiring caregivers for in-home, one-on-one support. Starting pay is $16.94 per hour plus extra earnings through our Caregiver Rewards Program.

We value you, provide paid orientation, and offer weekly pay to recognize your commitment. Flexible schedules include full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts in Torrington and nearby Goshen. Availability for day or evening shifts, reliable transportation, and English fluency (bilingual preferred) help you deliver

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respect diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining professionalism
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence
