Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking dedicated caregivers in Winsted, CT to deliver one-on-one in-home care. Starting pay rate is $16.94 per hour with the opportunity to earn extra cash through our Caregiver Rewards Program.

We offer paid orientation, weekly pay, premium holiday pay, and flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts. Responsibilities include companionship, daily living assistance, light housekeeping, meal support, and medication reminders.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English; bilingual preferred.
• Availability to work day shifts, weekdays and/or weekends.
• Reliable transportation to and from client locations.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility needs.
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly:Be a friendly face and a steady presence
