Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support to clients in the Cheshire area, extending beyond basic tasks to meaningful interaction and companionship.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, with a focus on timely, dependable coverage and strong communication with families and care teams. Transportation to appointments may be required.

Qualifications

• Access to transportation to travel to shifts in towns outside Naugatuck.
• Driver's license and car strongly preferred.
• Be dependable to be there for one-on-one assistance for clients on every scheduled shift.

• Access to transportation to travel to shifts in towns outside Naugatuck, not on bus lines (Driver's license and car strongly preferred).

• Be dependable to be there for one on one assistance for clients counting on you for every scheduled shift.

As a Caregiver with Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire, you will:

Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire offers:

• Pay range $17.50 to $19.00 per hour plus short shift bonus
