Job summary

Synergy HomeCare of Cheshire is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support to clients in the Cheshire area. You will assist with daily activities, light housekeeping, meals, and medication reminders while building trust with clients and families.

Role emphasizes dependable attendance, punctuality, and transportation to appointments. We offer mileage reimbursement, paid orientation and ongoing training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Access to transportation to travel to shifts in towns outside Meriden, not on bus lines (Driver's license and car strongly preferred).
• Have a drive to want to help and connect with others who need your assistance with daily activities.
• Be dependable to be there for one on one assistance for clients counting on you for every scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
