Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking compassionate CAREGIVERS to provide non-medical in-home care, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders. You'll establish professional relationships with clients and families, be punctual, flexible, and cover shifts reliably.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiving experience.
• W-2 employee status required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Auto insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
