Capri Communities in Wisconsin is hiring a Caregiver for the 3rd shift. You will provide personal care and assist residents with daily living activities in RCAC, CBRF, and Memory Care settings.

Follow resident care plans, assist with mobility, medication reporting, meals, light housekeeping, and activities. A $750 sign-on bonus is offered along with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Caregiver duties involve assisting with activities of daily living per resident care plans.
• Ability to assist with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with medication administration reporting requirements.

3rd shifts available--$750 Sign-on Bonus

Job Requirements:

• Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays
