Job summary

Assisting Hands of Greater Murray is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. The role involves assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), establishing rapport with clients, and ensuring timely attendance to shifts.

This part-time position offers flexible hours, thorough paid training, and a supportive work environment. Caregivers can participate in bonus programs and enjoy numerous benefits, including paid orientation and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must have consistent and reliable attendance.
• Previous experience is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fulfill the personalized plan of care set by the agency director
• Assist with ADLs (ex. nutrition, exercise, companionship)
• Establish rapport with clients and their families
• Drive to all assigned shifts on-time
• Record and report all session notes to the office
• Bring the peace of mind needed to keep seniors in their homes

We are actively building a strong caregiver team for ongoing and future client needs. This is a Part-Time position, but consistent and reliable caregivers will be offered more hours as cases become available.
