Job summary

Help at Home Senior Care Santa Rosa is actively hiring caregivers to support seniors in their homes. Both part-time and full-time roles offer flexible scheduling, paid training, a retirement savings program, and opportunities for advancement.

You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, manage medications reminders, and help with transportation and mobility, all while ensuring a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Requirements: Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Proof of auto insurance with your name listed as a driver and a clean driving record.
• Ability to clear background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with seniors.
• Provide medication reminders and assistance with medication management.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands and community activities.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe environment.
