Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking an In-Home Caregiver in Mount Juliet, Tennessee. You’ll help seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in the home they love, providing personal care, meals, mobility support, and companionship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one month of healthcare experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• A caring, dependable attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate personal care and support so clients can safely remain at home
• Assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, and companionship
• Supporting clients with mobility, including walking, transfers, and range-of-motion activities
• Providing medication reminders and communicating important observations to your supervisor
• Helping create a clean, safe, comfortable, and welcoming home environment
• Encouraging social engagement through conversation, games, reading, puzzles, hobbies, and other activities clients enjoy
• Building trusting relationships with clients while treating each person with dignity, patience, and respect
