Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Residential Aide (Caregiver) in the Monongahela area

Position Summary

The Residential Aide provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity. Improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community.

Full‑time 3pm to 11pm shifts.

Position Requirements

18 years or older
Ability to lift 200 lbs. with assistance
Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances
