Job summary

Lifesteps, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time In Home Caregiver in the Monongahela area to provide compassionate care in clients' homes. The Residential Aide delivers a high level of quality care while respecting each individual's dignity and helping them function independently.

This full-time position includes 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am shifts, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to grow within a long-standing community organization.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 200 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality care in clients' homes while ensuring dignity and respect.
• Assist individuals to live as independently as possible.
• Support daily living activities and community integration.

Position Summary:
