Lifesteps is Hiring a Full-Time Residential Aide in the Butler Area

Lifesteps is a non‑profit human services organization which has been serving Western Pennsylvania for nearly 100 years by “helping individuals and families with life's changing needs”. The Agency provides programs and services to help those with special needs live to their fullest potential.

The Residential Aide provides a high level of quality care to individuals while ensuring that each individual is treated with respect and dignity. The position improves the quality of life for each individual by assisting them in learning to live and function as independently as possible in their home and community.

This full‑time position works a schedule of various hours (daylight 7am to 3pm, evenings 3pm to 11pm and overnights 11pm to 7am) and various days at community homes in the Butler area.

Position Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Ability to lift 200 lbs. with assistance
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
