Job summary

Lakeside Generations Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is seeking Caregivers to join our team in Dassel, MN. This part-time role includes evenings and nights with weekends on a rotating schedule, and offers a $500 bonus for night shifts along with our competitive benefits package.

You will provide compassionate nursing-related assistance, helping residents maintain independence and quality of life through personal care, daily activities, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Home Health Aide, Personal Care Attendant, or CNA preferred. We'll train you!
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Standing and walking most of the time.

Responsibilities

• Help residents reach and maintain independence while assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, nail/foot care, and medication administration as needed.
• Wash resident clothing, make beds, and keep living areas clean and organized.
• Document services performed on the charting system.
• Observe resident condition and report changes to the supervisor.
• Assist with transfers, range of motion, and basic therapies as directed.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

Lakeside Generations Assisted Living, a Cassia community, is looking for Caregivers wanting to advance their career! Work as a Caregiver while receiving Free Advanced Caregiver Training! In addition to great benefits, we are offering a $500 bonus for nights!

As a Caregiver at Lakeside Generation Assisted Living, you will help maintain the highest standards in delivering nursing services to our residents. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others. We are seeking individuals who are team players and are also comfortable working independently.

Position Type: Part-Time, working a varying schedule that includes rotational weekends and holidays

Shift Available

• Evenings 2:15 PM - 10:15 PM (Every other weekend Friday - Sunday)
• Nights 10:00 PM - 6:15 AM

Wage Range: $17.50 - $23.55 /hour depending on experience

Shift Differential

• Evening $1.00
• Nights $2.00

Bonus

• $500 for Night Shift

Caregiver responsibilities

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Wash resident clothing, make beds, and clean the general environment.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Perform delegated nursing or therapy procedures.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Assist with body positioning, transfers, therapeutic exercises, active or passive range of motion.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
