Job summary

The Arbor Company in Milton, GA is hiring full-time and part-time caregivers to support our luxury senior living community. Earn $17.35–$19.54 per hour, with paid training and growth opportunities, plus benefits and PTO.

Shifts include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am, and weekend options. Join a team that values compassion and resident-centered care; we offer tuition assistance, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and flexible pay options.

Qualifications

• 6 months of caregiving experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with residents and families.
