Job summary

Responsibilities include personal care tasks, companionship, medication reminders, mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior care or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of patient care techniques and hygiene.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• HIPAA privacy knowledge.

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Administer medication reminders as per client's care plan.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning clients.
• Help with meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document client's progress and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality.
