Job summary

12WELVE STONES HOME HEALTHCARE is seeking a Caregiver to join our team. You will help seniors and individuals by enhancing their quality of life, assisting with hygiene, mobility, meals, and daily tasks to improve living environments.

You will work closely with clients and families, document observations, and report changes to supervisors. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable, with experience as a caregiver or home health aide, and a strong commitment to health and safety

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver or Home Health Aide experience preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification, TB test, and Auto Insurance desirable.
• Knowledge of basic housekeeping and cooking helpful.
• Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing
• Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping activities

Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, medication reminders, and other tasks that improve the client's living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is required.


• First aid, CPR-certified, TB Test, and Auto Insurance
