CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical care to health plan members and private clients in Maple Valley, WA. Work is on-site in client homes with part-time or per-diem schedules. You’ll manage shifts via the CareLinx app and build consistent schedules with the CarePartner team.

Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or CNA/HHA/MA certification required. Must pass background checks, have a smartphone, and English proficiency.

• Access to a smartphone capable of running CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual caregivers encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Background check required.
• Additional state-specific requirements may apply.
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and MVR check when accepting driving shifts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

Assistclients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, transfers & mobility support,toileting/bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)

Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)

Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)

Reliable transportation to and from client homes

Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts

Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening

Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts

Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
