CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring experienced caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care for health plan members and private clients in Lake Stevens, WA. You set your availability in the CareLinx app, and our team matches you with clients that fit your schedule and goals.

We offer flexible part-time or per-diem shifts, with a focus on dignity, safety, and reliable, compassionate support in clients’ homes. Join a nationwide, tech-enabled caregiver network committed to accessible care.

Competenze

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience or relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Must have access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual candidates are encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and a clean background check.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, transfers/mobility support, exercise, grooming, and non-clinical medication reminders.
• Complete and document all care tasks in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor changes in a client’s condition and report to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with the CarePartner about case updates or client changes.
• Maintain patient privacy and dignity in a safe environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

• Assistclients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, transferring & mobility support, exercise, toileting/bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), groceries/shopping, and light housekeeping
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to theCareLinxclinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp
• Communicate with your CarePartnerregardingany case updates or client changes
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

Additionalshift opportunities (based on client needs):

• Telehealth navigation — helping members connect with virtual doctor visits

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
