Right at Home in Central Oregon is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home care to seniors in Madras and surrounding areas. You’ll help with companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and medication reminders, with training provided where needed.

We offer flexible hours (part-time and full-time), shift differential on some shifts, and support from a dedicated admin team to help you balance work and life while earning $20.00–$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Caregiver experience is preferred (but not required) and training is provided.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• A compassionate heart and genuine care for others are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide 1:1 in-home care to seniors, veterans, and disabled adults.
• Assist with companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
• Support transportation, medications, toileting, hygiene and grooming.
• Assist with dressing and provide Alzheimer’s/dementia support if needed.

As a caregiver with Right at Home, you'll provide 1:1 in-home care to seniors, veterans, disabled adults, post-op patients, and seniors from many different backgrounds. Your tasks might include companionship, meal prep, housekeeping, transportation, helping with medications, toileting, hygiene and grooming support, and assistance with dressing. If you have experience in hospice care or with dementia or Alzheimer's support, that's definitely a plus! But we can train you from square one.

Job Locations:

THIS JOB IS LOCATED IN THE MADRAS AREA. We have multiple other clients all around Central Oregon too, in: Redmond, Culver, CRR, Bend, La Pine, Sisters, Sunriver, Culver, Powell Butte, Crooked River Ranch, Terrebonne, and more.

Must be able to pass extensive background check including motor vehicle records check.

Salary: $20 - $23 per hour
