Job summary

Right at Home of Central Oregon is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care in Redmond, Bend and surrounding areas. You will assist with daily living activities, mobility, medication reminders, meals, and light housekeeping while ensuring comfort and safety for clients.

Experience is preferred but we offer paid training and flexible part-time or full-time hours. Mileage reimbursement and 24/7 admin support are included to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Caregiver experience is preferred, but training is available.
• Clean driving record is required for client visits.
• Reliable transportation to travel between Redmond, Bend and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home support including personal care
• Assist with medications, toileting, hygiene and grooming
• Help with dressing, meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Provide transportation to appointments and activities
• Support to seniors, veterans, disabled adults and post-op patients

As a caregiver with Right at Home, you'll provide one-on-one in-home support to seniors, veterans, disabled adults, post-op patients, and elderly individuals from diverse backgrounds. Your tasks will include include hands-on personal care including helping with medications, toileting, hygiene and grooming support and assistance with dressing-- as well as meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and more. If you have experience in hospice care or with dementia or Alzheimer's support, that's definitely a plus! But we can train you from the ground up.

Job Locations: THIS JOB WILL LIKELY REQUIRE TO TRAVEL TO THE CITY OF BEND AND SURROUNDING AREAS. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE WILLING TO WORK SOME OR ALL OF YOUR TIME IN BEND, AS WELL AS REDMOND. Must be able to pass extensive background check including motor vehicle records check.
