Responsibilities

• Provide care to clients in Boulder and Broomfield Counties.

• Stand-by assistance for wheelchair or bed transfers.

Hours & Wage

Currently looking to fill several ongoing shifts. Full-time or part‑time positions open. We work with your availability to put you in regular and recurring care shifts.

Wage: $25 for 1‑3 hour shifts. $20 starting hourly wage for shift longer than 3 hours. Employees are expected to pick up both shift lengths.

Job Description

Dignity Care is seeking warm‑hearted people to provide care to clients throughout Boulder and Broomfield Counties. Clients may need assistance with the following during a shift:

• Stand‑by assist to wheelchair or bed
• Hygiene
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing
• Companionship
• Medication reminders

Qualifications

Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
• Clean background check (required)
• At least 18 years old (required)
• COVID‑19: Vaccinated or waiver; may affect shift availability.

Preferred: 1 year of experience in caregiving.
