Extended Family Home Care in Southern New Hampshire and coastal Maine is seeking compassionate Caregivers, PCAs, and LNAs for in-home positions with flexible schedules and room to grow. Join a supportive team that values independence and quality care.

You will provide one-on-one care, assist with daily living activities, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, transportation, and keep detailed care logs to ensure client safety and comfort in the home setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Experience as PCA/LNA or caregiver is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, bathing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Incontinence care and safety-focused transfers.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Assist with errands, shopping, and transportation.
• Provide non-medical medication reminders and health logs.
• Document care in a daily log for health, wellbeing, and activities.

Extended Family Home Care is hiring Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), and Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) for in‑home care positions. If you’re looking for caregiver jobs with flexible schedules, a supportive team, and room to grow, we’d love to meet you.

Caregiver Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you will:
