Job summary

Harmony At Home Senior Care is seeking a caregiver for a weekday morning client assignment in Lewisville, TX. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, with a typical pay rate of $15.00 per hour and about 20 hours per week.

Caregivers may request additional client assignments through the agency, including afternoons, evenings, overnights, or weekends, with shifts potentially at higher rates. Urgent coverage shifts may pay more and are not guaranteed for all assignments.

Monday–Friday | Consistent Morning Schedule | $15.00/Hour

Harmony At Home Senior Care is hiring a caregiver for a weekday morning client assignment in Lewisville, TX. This position provides a predictable Monday through Friday schedule with approximately 20 hours each week.

The regular client schedule is 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, Monday through Friday, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for steady morning hours while keeping afternoons and weekends available.

Caregivers who want to work more hours can also request additional client assignments through our agency.

Your Regular Weekly Schedule

Monday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Location: Lewisville, TX
Regular Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Weekly Hours: Approximately 20 hours

We are looking for an applicant who can consistently maintain the full Monday through Friday schedule.

Additional schedules and hours with other Harmony At Home Senior Care clients are available upon request.

Let our Scheduling Team know what other days and times you are available. Depending on current client needs, there may be opportunities to add afternoon, evening, overnight, or weekend assignments to your regular schedule.

Additional assignments may have different locations, responsibilities, schedules, and rates of pay.

Urgent Coverage and Increased Pay Rates

We frequently need dependable caregivers who are willing to assist when an urgent client shift needs coverage.

Certain urgent or difficult-to-fill shifts may be offered at increased rates, commonly ranging from $16.00–$20.00 per hour.

These pay increases apply only to qualifying shifts when specifically offered. They are separate from this Lewisville client's regular $15.00 per hour rate and are not guaranteed for all assignments.

What You'll Do During Your Shift

As an in-home caregiver, you will assist the client with the services identified in their individual care plan. Depending on the client's needs, your work may include:

• Personal care and assistance with daily routines

• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance

• Mobility and transfer support

• Companionship and supervision

• Meal and snack preparation

• Medication reminders

• Light housekeeping related to the client's care

• Assistance with authorized errands or transportation

• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment

• Observing and reporting changes or concerns

• Completing required documentation for each shift

Caregivers are expected to follow the client's established plan of care and agency policies throughout each assignment.

Who We're Hiring

Dependability and consistency are important for this client. Applicants should:

• Be available Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

• Have dependable transportation to Lewisville

• Have a valid driver's license

• Be punctual and maintain reliable attendance

• Be comfortable providing care in a client's private residence

• Communicate professionally with clients, families, and agency staff

• Follow written care instructions and company procedures

• Complete required onboarding and training

Previous caregiving experience is preferred. Relevant experience may include employment as a caregiver, personal care attendant, PCA, HHA, CNA, home care aide, senior caregiver, assisted living caregiver, or similar position.

Applicants with applicable personal caregiving experience may also be considered.
