Homewatch Caregivers of Lewisville provides home health services to individuals who need support with daily living in their own homes. Caregivers work closely with clients and families to deliver personalized, compassionate care.

We value reliability, respect, and high-quality service to help clients remain comfortable in their familiar environment. This role requires caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to client homes as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct personal caregiving and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Ability to perform light household tasks while maintaining a safe, organized environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and families.
• Reliability, time management, and problem-solving to follow care plans.
• Prior caregiver/home health aide experience.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and standing.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to client homes.

Qualifications

• Experience providing direct personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (e.g., using gait belt, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support).
• Ability to perform basic household tasks such as light cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation while maintaining a safe and organized environment.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients, families, and team members, including active listening and clear documentation.
• Demonstrated reliability, time management, and problem‑solving skills, with the capacity to follow care plans and respond appropriately.
• Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or similar role.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including some lifting, transferring, and prolonged standing, as required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to client homes as needed.
