Join Our Team as a Caregiver at Always Best Care Seattle

We are hiring experienced Caregivers to provide compassionate support to seniors and their families. If you are nurturing, dependable, and enjoy serving others, this could be the perfect career for you.

Pay Range

Our pay range is $14.00 per hour. Actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Please discuss with your recruiter for more details.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic companion care, including light housekeeping, transportation, and meal preparation
• Deliver personal care such as incontinence care, transferring, dressing, and bathing
• Work flexible shifts, including 1-24 hours, weekends, nights, and mornings

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience working with seniors in a home setting
• Excellent attendance and communication skills
• Two professional references
• Ability to pass background checks
• Car insurance required
• Optional: CNA, HHA, BLS/CPR training

Additional Information

We offer flexible scheduling, quarterly training, and individual coaching to support your growth. You will be scheduled only for the hours you choose to work. Monthly schedules are provided, and we pay $14 per hour.
