Qualifications

• Experience caring for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
• Provide both personal and companion care.
• Excellent communication, including reading verbal and nonverbal cues.
• Be patient, dependable, compassionate and professional.
• Respect client choices, dignity and independence.
• Genuine desire to serve older adults.
• Bring warmth, encouragement and humor to the home.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass required criminal background and motor vehicle history screenings.
