Qualifications

• Experience caring for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's disease.
• Provide personal and companion care.
• Good communication; reads verbal and nonverbal cues.
• Patient, dependable, compassionate, and professional.
• Respects client choices, dignity, and independence.
• Has a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Willing to complete required background and motor vehicle history screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Support safety, routines, and independence at home.
• Document observations and report changes to supervisor.
