Comfort Keepers of Central Florida has been helping seniors and adults live safely and independently in their own homes for years. We’re growing our team of caregivers who make that possible every day.

As a caregiver, you’ll work directly with clients in their homes, supporting daily routines and preserving independence to give families peace of mind. We are seeking compassionate, dependable individuals to provide the highest level of in-home care.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience in home health or related healthcare setting is preferred.
• CNA or HHA certification is a plus but not required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and families.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Support light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying).
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Monitor changes in client condition and communicate with care team.
• Follow care plans and adapt to client preferences.

We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Caregiver to join our team and deliver the kind of care that makes a real difference in someone's life. In this role, you'll work directly with clients in their homes — supporting their daily routines, preserving their independence, and giving their families peace of mind. Success here looks like a client who feels safe, respected, and genuinely cared for.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Support light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying living areas
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
• Monitor and document changes in client condition and communicate concerns to the care team
• Follow individualized care plans and adapt to each client's needs and preferences

Requirements

• Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or a related healthcare setting preferred
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification a plus — not required
• Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to person-centered care
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home environment
