Job summary

Independent Home Health is hiring dependable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care to individuals in their homes throughout Mehoopany and surrounding communities.

You’ll have the opportunity to build a relationship with the person you're supporting and help them remain safe, comfortable and independent at home. No professional caregiving experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation and ability to complete background checks.
• Dependable, caring and patient with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Help with mobility and daily activities.
• Prepare meals.
• Complete light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Assist with errands or appointments when needed.
• Follow the individual's care plan.
• Document the services you provide.

$15/hour- Weekly Pay
Monday through Friday 8am to 3pm

What You’ll Do

Depending on the needs of the individual you're supporting, you may:

What We’re Looking For

You must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation

• Be dependable, caring and patient

Previous caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required.

Experience as a caregiver, direct care worker, personal care aide, home health aide, PCA, HHA or CNA is a plus.
